The impact of architecture as a “lasting physical manifestation of ideals and cherished values” makes a strong case for DEI in the intersection of design and social justice in both the community and the workplace. This is the final installment in NOMA's Leading Inclusive Teams Program. Here, knowledge and practices come together to create a vision for what equity might look like at your firm. You will explore ideas from this experience to help you identify key areas that can take the firm to the next level of DEI as a business and people strategy at the firm.
